A tall Continental porcelain goblet-form vase with gilt-metal mounts, in the French Neoclassical taste. The white body is reserved with a hand-painted cartouche of a lady in 18th-century dress, framed by gilt scrollwork, with a pierced gallery rim, figural mask handles and a shaped footed base.
