About the Item
A late-19th-century French Sèvres-style porcelain pedestal column, hand-painted with romantic landscape reserves against a blush ground with cobalt-blue and raised-gilt decoration, and finished with gilt-bronze mounts and a marble top. An elegant stand for sculpture or porcelain. No marks visible (only cover photo exists). 'Sèvres-style' used deliberately — not claimed as Sèvres manufacture.
