Lithographic poster after the Divan Japonais design, printed in black, ochre and cream. Presented in a black moulded frame under glass. The image belongs to Divan Japonais, the poster Toulouse-Lautrec designed in 1892-93 for a Montmartre cafe chantant of that name, showing the dancer Jane Avril in the audience while the singer Yvette Guilbert performs on stage, recognizable by her long black gloves even though her head is cropped by the poster's edge.
